Sukha is a student-centered yoga studio. We designed the studio on a smaller scale to create a more individualized, student-teacher experience. Sukha is focused on the therapeutic practices of yoga, meditation and other healing classes.
Our classes range from breathing work to injury, to supporting an individual in their own spiritual practice and growth. Sukha's mission is to encourage each individual to find their own truth while helping to build a heart-centered community. Come as you are and start your yoga path!
Gentle - All Levels This is a gentle class that combines yoga postures, breath, and meditation. This class is geared toward students who wish to move at a slower pace. Gentle yoga provides a beautiful way to softly wake the body up and stretch you out. This class is intended for studemts seeking a gentle program to support their overall health as well as the support the body’s natural healing process. No previous experience is necessary. Each class will include breath and movement coordination, structural alignment and breath awareness. The class size is small (2-8) students, taught in a supportive environment that provides individualized attention and encouragement.

Treat your body like a temple and focus on your health in this one hour, high intensity, body blessing group workout. All exercises can be modified to meet your individual needs. Sundays from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM.
