Please read through carefully to be prepared for your upcoming massage appointment. 

COVID-19 PROTOCOL
 
Client Protocol
These are the questions you will be asked upon arrival and that you have NOT had any of the following.  If, YES to any of these questions, please reschedule your appointment. *****We are waiving our cancellation fee for last minute cancellations due to illness of Covid-19.   If you cancel without a 48 hour notice not related to illness you will be charged for the full session. 

1. Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above?

2. Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?

3. Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has corona virus-type symptoms?

4. Have you traveled out of the area? (state or country in the last 2 weeks)?

5. Have you received the Covid-19 vaccine within 48 hours of your appointment (1st or 2nd shot)?  If so, it is recommended you wait at least 2/3 days before receiving a massage.  

 

Pre-massage Instructions

  1. Come clean and showered.

  2. Bring your own water bottle. We have water here but to help keep things sanitary please bring your own and preferably FULL.

  3. Face Masks will not be required as of 4/3/23.  You have full agency to wear a mask and request your LMT to wear one.

  4. Wait in your car until we indicate it’s time for you to come in.  We will waive you in.

  5. Please Practice Social Distancing.

  6. Clean your hands upon arrival/leaving the massage room.

  7. Please think about extending your massages to 90 min. 

  8. Due to the increased sanitation protocols we have opted out of using blankets.  However, if you need a blanket we are more than happy to provide one for you.

 
Business Protocol

  1. Wearing Masks.

  2. Changing clothes when we feel its appropriate.

  3. Cleaning all surfaces and door handles in-between clients.

  4. Laundry is sent out to the cleaners. 

  5. Provide AIR Quality system within massage rooms.

  6. Hand sanitizer in all rooms.

  7. Temperature in the massage rooms increased to provide comfort.

  8. Massage tables have a heating pad and are covered by a spa drape that is non porous (already a protocol).
