Thanksgiving Morning Class

Take time out of your morning to give thanks for all the wonderful things in your life! Make a change in your Thanksgiving routine. De-stress by nurturing and centering yourself. Give thanks by giving to those less fortunate and lastly come together with like-minded people to make a change in the world.


***What to bring:Yoga mat, water bottle, towel/blanket and a smile.
